Who you’ll be working with
I’m Sian Hill, founder of Xandra Consulting.
Over the past five years, I have worked within the renewable energy and retrofit sector, initially focusing on installation standards, accreditation, and operational processes. This hands-on experience gave me a practical understanding of how sustainability strategies translate into real-world delivery and measurable carbon reductions.
Building on this foundation, I now support organisations with Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas reporting, carbon footprint assessments, Carbon Reduction Plans, and practical Net Zero strategies.
What sets my approach apart is that I understand both the technical side of carbon reporting and the operational realities of implementing change within a busy organisation. My aim is to turn complex sustainability requirements into clear, achievable actions that businesses can implement with confidence.
My work is supported by professional registration as a carbon accountant with ISEP, formal sustainability training through the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and recognition through the Greener Footprints Champion Award in 2023.
Sustainability is not just a reporting exercise. When approached properly, it can create stronger businesses, unlock new opportunities, and lead to meaningful environmental improvement. That is what I aim to help every client achieve.
